At Saddle House Medi Spa, our Patient Representatives work with the clinic team to represent the patient voice. The Patient Representative actively participates in ensuring any decisions or proposals have appropriate patient involvement as well as putting forward views and comments, based on knowledge of the patient experience with aims to ensure that Improvements to services are made.
Leanne Nichols (née Hawkins) is a highly accomplished Registered Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber (INP), whose career began with a decade of service in the NHS. With an exceptional foundation in clinical care, she went on to qualify as a medical facial aesthetician and launched her first clinic — the multi-award-winning Face and Skin Clinic in the heart of Wickham.
Now in her fifteenth year in the aesthetics industry, Leanne is regarded as one of the most experienced and trusted practitioners in her field, having personally performed over 25,000 advanced treatments. Her unwavering commitment to excellence and artistry in aesthetic medicine has earned her a loyal following and widespread recognition.

Leanne’s reputation extends far beyond Hampshire — she has the privilege of welcoming clients from across the UK and Europe, all seeking her expertise and the exceptional standard of care that defines her work.
Away from clinic life, Leanne is newly married and cherishes time spent immersed in nature. Her personal passions include tennis, wildlife, and the peaceful rhythm of countryside living. She and her husband share their home with their beloved Chihuahua, Gabriel, whom they lovingly adopted from the Blue Cross animal shelter.
Karen has thirty years of experience as a therapist and has been at Saddle House since it opened in 2021. Karen offers advanced medical grade facials as well as skin tag/blemish removals and in depth skin consultations. She places a keen emphasis on health and wellbeing.
Her knowledge combined with her caring nature provides a treatment experience that our patients adore and in turn has a loyal following.
She is passionate about being on the treatment journey with her patients and guiding them through amazing skin transformations.
Karen is a keen traveller and once you are with her you will have great conversations about travel and also her gorgeous Dalmatian Pepper, as well as family life.
Lauren has been at Saddle House for three years and offers a wide range of therapies ranging from beauty and on to more advanced skin health treatments.
Lauren specialises in Laser Hair Removal.
Her favourite treatments are Hydrafacials and Medical Microneedling as well as helping her patients to become ‘hair free’.
Lauren is very caring in nature and you will instantly feel at ease with her, even if you are having intimate waxing.
She has a beautiful Cockerpoo called Barney and is enjoying being a newlywed.
Chloe is a highly experienced therapist in the field of Aesthetics. She is passionate not only about skin health, but also both body and hair restoration.
Chloe loves to take her patients on a body transformation journey with the Emsculpt Neo and she is also passionate about pelvic health and our Emsella treatments.
As well as skin health and transformations, Chloe is our lead for hair restoration – using a combination of cutting edge treatments – Purasomes and Medical Microneedling, to help both Men and Women with thinning hair.
Chloe is a keen advocate of exercise and weight training and you may find that as well as your Saddle House treatments with her, she can also give you some top tips and motivation for physical improvements that you may be keen to embark on.
Ellen, our practice coordinator and highly respected retired nurse, brings a warm, welcoming nature that makes every patient feel valued. Being a retired Nurse, Ellen’s caring nature is as the centre of her role within our clinic.
She ensures everything runs beautifully at Saddle House Medi-Spa with her professionalism, organisation, and compassionate approach. We would be lost without her!
Ellen is also qualified in the Emsella Chair (the magic chair!) treatments and is passionate about helping both Men and Women to lead their best quality of life with regards to pelvic health.
She has a few ‘fur babies’ and a wonderful home life with her husband and sons which adds to her understanding of creating balance for our patients.
Andrea is known for her friendly and approachable demeanor and also for her excellent organisational skills.
She ensures a seamless experience for every client, managing the diary efficiently and making all feel welcome whilst balancing ‘behind the scenes’ for the therapists.
Andrea had a very impressive career in travel and has been known to give some top tips to our patients.
She has a gorgeous home life with her Husband, Son and Daughter, and also her little diva, the beautiful Mable the cat.
