Scheduled consultations with our Nurse Director Leanne Hawkins are £50. The initial consultation is to help provide you with all the necessary information and medical advice you may need to make an informed decision about any treatment that you are considering. Once you are one of our patients any further consultations are at no extra cost.
Although consultations with our Senior Aesthetic Practitioner Karen are complimentary, there is a £30 holding fee to be paid at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the price of any skin care purchases or treatment. If after the consultation you do not have any treatment or purchase any skin care the holding fee will be refunded back to you. If you fail to turn up for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will lose the holding fee.
Due to the high demand for appointments at Saddle House Medi-Spa, a £50 booking fee is payable in order to secure your appointment (this will be deducted from the final cost of treatment), or for beauty treatments a 50% deposit. This can be paid over the phone or in the clinic and must be paid within 48 hours of booking the appointment. Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice – or if you fail to attend your appointment.
Cancellations should be made by phone, email or in person at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, unless there are exceptional circumstances. This is so that we can maintain our high level of service to all of our patients and have time to offer cancellations to other patients on our waiting list.
For patients who fail to turn up for an appointment duration of one hour or less – OR – those who cancel a booking with less than 48 hours notice on TWO or more occasions, we reserve the right to take a £100 booking fee to secure any future booking.
Any booking fee paid is non-refundable if the patient does not attend a rescheduled appointment or subsequently proceed with treatment but otherwise the amount of booking fee paid is deducted from the patients final bill.
We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals however, there may be times when a late arrival may result in either a reduced consultation time or we may have to reschedule your appointment, where another booking fee will be payable.
