With her feet firmly on solid ground and armed with a wealth of knowledge gained over the years, Karen is a specialist in all aspects of skincare, including the latest anti-aging treatments and products.
Karen’s expertise and ethos are based around the art of ‘aging gracefully’ and she doesn’t believe in a ‘one fit for all approach’ instead tailoring a bespoke plan to meet your specific needs. Karen lives and breathes health, beauty, and wellness and believes in embracing life.
When she isn’t working, Karen loves to cook, spend time with her family, and cuddle up with her gorgeous Dalmatian, Pepper.
Lauren is the Senior Beauty Therapist at Saddle House Medi-Spa with 10 years of experience within the beauty industry. Lauren offers a vast range of facial and body treatments to help you look and feel your very best, such as pain-free laser hair removal, manicures and pedicures, waxing, lash and brow treatments, and many more.
Lauren specializes in full-body massage using luxury Thalgo scented oils to ensure complete relaxation. Lauren is passionate about all aspects of beauty. With her caring and professional approach, she strives to provide her clients with the best and most peaceful experience tailored to their individual needs.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys walks in the countryside, meeting up with friends, and preparing for her Wedding Day.
